Next up in our pant-wettingly exciting line up of speakers is Alex Jenkins. As Editor of Contagious Feed, he’s got his thumb constantly on the pulse of innovation in our industry. Contagious Feed is an online intelligence service that focuses on the intersection of non-traditional marketing, emerging technology and consumer trends. Holler!
Through Feed and the Contagious Insider consultancy division, Alex works with brands such as BBC Worldwide, American Express, Diageo, Universal Music and Xbox. As part of his jobs he gets to write in-depth specialist reports, and deliver trend briefings and presentations. Alex came to Contagious from the IPA, and has a colourful background working as a business journalist, copywriter, and film coordinator.
Outside of office hours, Alex dazzles with other skills like writing web comedy for Channel 4, producing albums (which somehow make it into the Billboard staff choices for 2005), and publishing books – the first one in 2008.
